General Vacation Rental information at Oak Island, NC

A. Reservations may be made by calling our toll-free number 1-800-486-5441 or on the www.Rudd.com web site.
B. All of our rental units are rented from Saturday to Saturday in the Prime Season. Dates outside of prime season are subject to a two-night minimum.
C. Each reservation is subject to applicable taxes, a Reservation Fee of $45.00 and a $200.00 Security Deposit (See Security Deposit Information). We are required to collect North Carolina Tax and Local Accommodations Tax on all fees and charges.
D. Linens are not furnished in any rental accommodations unless stated in the unit description.
E. If reservations are not confirmed within 15 days of booking the reservation then they are subject to cancellation without notice.
F. Upon arrival please check your unit for repairs and cleanliness. If there is a problem, call our office at 910-278-6523 immediately. We cannot guarantee air conditioning or other appliances, but do commit that repairs will be made as soon as possible. There will be no refund for failure.
G. TRASH REMOVAL - Trash is placed in secure containers (provided outside your unit) for pick-up twice a week in our Prime Season and once a week all other times. Please see the sheet provided in each unit for designated days.
H. PETS - Please note the "Pets Permitted with Fee" attribute attached to certain properties. Pets are accepted in these units only, with an additional, non-refundable $150.00 pet fee charged to you.
I. Departure Cleaning Procedures - Unless a maid service has been purchased, or is specifically included with the property, tenant is responsible for thoroughly cleaning the rental unit before checking out. To avoid cleaning charges the following items must be completed: Vacuum/Sweep and mop all interior floors. All tables, counter tops, and cabinet surfaces should be wiped clean. Bathtubs, showers, sinks, and toilets thoroughly cleaned with a cleaning agent. All rental linen should be removed from the beds. Beds should be remade with spreads as found. Empty all trash cans and place trash in outside receptacle. All dishes must be clean, dry and in the cabinets. All kitchen appliances wiped clean, interior and exterior, Return all furnishings to original position, Secure all doors and windows
