Situated around the George Cobb designed Oak Island Golf Course, and just across the road from the Atlantic ocean on historic Caswell Beach, Caswell Dunes Condominiums offer well appointed, individually decorated units in a community with many amenities, including two swimming pools. Scenic walkways meander through the Arboretum, or offer a short stroll down to the beach. The pro shop and Duffers Pub and Grill are just a stone’s throw away for golfing needs or casual dining. There is a parking and pool pass system in place, and specified units are pet friendly. For safety reasons, grilling is allowed on ground level only.
