Located around the Oak Island Golf Course, and across the road from the Atlantic ocean, the Caswell Dunes Condominiums offer both golf view and ocean view three bedroom, two bath units. Each individually decorated unit is well equipped to make your vacation easy and comfortable. The community offers plenty of scenic walkways for an easy stroll down to the beach or through the arboretum, as well as two conveniently located pools. Parking is plentiful with a parking and pool pass system in place. There is ample ground level space for grilling, and specified units are pet friendly.

The house was in a good location. It needs some maintenance with regard to ceiling starting to stain and peel in numerous spots, which is unappealing. Keys we were given did not fit ocean side door at all. Liked the open setting and spacious kitchen with new appliances.
