This condo is the upper level corner unit with direct access to one of the community’s two pools. It has both an ocean side/view screened porch and a spacious ocean/pool view deck with seating. Beginning in May 2011 a unique feature of this unit will be the poolside lounge area. This lower level lounge area includes a full bath, living area w/ TV, and kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and sink.
Located around the Oak Island Golf Course, and across the road from the Atlantic ocean, the Caswell Dunes Condominiums offer both golf view and ocean view three bedroom, two bath units. Each individually decorated unit is well equipped to make your vacation easy and comfortable. The community offers plenty of scenic walkways for an easy stroll down to the beach or through the arboretum, as well as two conveniently located pools. Parking is plentiful with a parking and pool pass system in place. There is ample ground level space for grilling, and specified units are pet friendly.

We have stayed at 42 Foxfire several times. It has a wonderful view of the ocean, is within easy walking distance of the beach access, and is a short drive to the Oak Island Golf Course. The home has always been comfortable and clean. It has been a great place to gather children and grand-children. We would return again except for the no pets policy.

Had a good time. The rental had a wonderful view. Lots of steps! Wish we had a grill. Nice view. The beach was great. Would advise better direction as we ended up in someone else's condo. The occupants said we were not the first visitors to do that and requested that better directions be given out. They were nice about it, but I could tell they were not happy. I would not have been happy either. Maybe a map of the condo area?
Thanks for the feedback. We will let the owner know about the request for a grill. We are also updating the directions to the condo so we don't continue to send folks to the wrong unit. Sorry for the surprise!
