This vacation home features a beautiful tree-shaded front deck and is located at the corner of 22nd & E Pelican which is approximately 150 yards from direct beach access at the end of the street. It has an additional sitting room on the main level that is perfect for the kids to have their own space for games or movies. The semi-shaded grassy yard is also perfect for outdoor games and fun.
Ground Level: The ground level is enclosed with a garage, interior and exterior stairwell access to the main level and an enclosed outside shower.
Main Level: The main level rooms include the kitchen, dining area, living room, sitting room, laundry room, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
Upper Level: The upper level includes a bedroom and powder room (half bath, no shower).

This rental was absolutely everything we could have asked for! Perfect location to the beach, beautiful side yard for our children, very clean and nicely decorated. Only draw back was a musty smell throughout the house. We are looking forward to renting this property again this season!!!

Location was fantastic - quiet street, still very close to beach, everything we needed close by. The home is totally lovely with everything we needed, and a warm feeling. Margaret Rudd staff helped us pick this house and it was perfect for us. Price is good, beach is close and beautiful!

This was by far the best property that we have ever rented on Oak Island. We have visited the island perhaps 15 times since 1980. When we come again will will try to arrange to stay in this home again.

We absolutely loved our stay, and this house. It is very spacious, beautifully decorated, and has every amenity you could want. We loved the decks, and the landscaping. The staff at Margaret Rudd was also wonderful. We were having trouble accessing the internet, so i called to speak with a Rep. Instead of her trying to walk me thru the updates that needed to be done, she simply said, i will be there in 20 minutes. She was there in 15. She had us up and running in no time, and we had no further problems. We will definately rent from Margaret Rudd again, and will rent this house again.
