“A Better Place” is a bright and airy oceanfront home with a spacious open floor plan in the main living area. Both levels have a large oceanside decks with expansive views and plenty of chairs for lounging in the sun and in the shade. It is conveniently located in the East Beach area just minutes from dining and recreational venues, including Middleton Park. This lovely, classic summer home is well-equipped with everything you need for a great family vacation.
Ground Level: This traditional style beach home includes covered parking with stairwell access to the main level.
Main Level: The light-filled living area and kitchen are located on the main level and includes comfortable, clean furniture, a 52” HDTV, VCR and DVD player, stereo, board games and books. Off of the kitchen is a separate laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. The master bedroom is located on the main level and includes a queen size bed, color TV with cable, ceiling fan, sliding door access to oceanside deck and master bathroom and walk-in closet.
Upper Level: The upper level includes three bedrooms each with two double beds (six doubles total) and two full-size bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have sliding glass door access to the sunny, oceanside deck. Each bedroom has a color TV with cable with ceiling fans. The main landing is open to the living area below.

The only problem we found, was on the first day we arrived, there was a bed rail sticking out from under the mattress, with very sharp edges. The rail that the mattress rests on. It seemed that the mattress had been pushed way back off the rails My grandson walked into it by accident and badly cut his foot above his ankle. Fortunately, our daughter is a doctor and she was able to bandage the wound which bled a lot. He was unable to go into the sea for the first 3 days or so, which made him sad and put a damper on our vacation. Hurricane Ireen struck and we had to end our vacation early.
