Chris
Considering we arrived just one day after Irene left (the hurricane) the house and island were in great shape! We had a great stay and the claim filed for the one missed day (hurricane delay) was paid promptly (>$200!!). It was definitely worth the extra money to be in a ocean front house, we'll never go back to the other rows again!! It's just so much easier to head out the door and be in the water. Much easier to keep an eye on the kids too! I agree with Cindy (Va), the family room needs a real table! Move the counter back 2 feet and it should work!!

This was our 2nd year staying at a Lil R&R.; We love this house - plenty of room for extended family or friends. The house is kept very clean. Margaret Rudd responded very quickly when the aC stopped working so it didn't ruin our vacation.
