Enjoy a house that offers it all - panoramic ocean views, numerous amenities and beautiful decor. This stunning six-bedroom oceanfront home has an inverted floor plan with the main living area located on the upper level and an additional living room area located on the middle level. There is elevator access to all levels of the home and the oceanside porches on each level have breathtaking views of the beach and Ocean Crest Pier.
Ground Level: This traditional style beach home offers covered parking, elevator access to all levels and an enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Additionally, there is a private, covered gazebo located dune-level at the end of the walkway to the beach.
Middle Level: The middle level features four spacious bedrooms and two full-size bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other three have two double beds in each. There is an additional living room area on this level perfect for children to have their own space for movies and games.
Upper/Main Level: The upper level includes the main living area comprised of a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, beautifully appointed living room, breakfast area with an ocean view, full bath and laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. Additionally, two bedrooms are located on this level, the master bedroom with king size bed, master bathroom and sliding glass door access to the covered porch, as well as a smaller bedroom with a set of bunk beds.

We have stayed in this house for the past two years. I am a care provider for the mentally handicap and this house provided exactly what we needed which was the elevator the spacious rooms and many bathrooms, being front row was also a must and easy access to the beach. We are looking forward to coming once again next year.

A Tropical Paradise is our favorite rentan at OI so far. This is our third year, and finally the right choice for us. Clean, spacious, roomy and an elevator! Splendid and appreciated!

Great house, great location, perfect. Wouldn't change a thing. That's why our family has been coming to Oak Island since the late 1960's. This house was perfect for a large extended family that wants to vacation to gether (parents, adults children and grandchildren). The elevator was a big plus as was the huge kitchen. Very spacious bedrooms. The two porches were awesome.
