It is conveniently located in the East Beach area of Oak Island.

Main Level: The main living area is located on the middle level and includes the kitchen, dining area and living room in an open format. There is one full bathroom and two bedrooms on this level, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed and a double bed. On the back of the home is a screened porch and deck and the front of the home has a covered porch with rocking chairs.
