The home features two family rooms, elevator access to all levels and an inverted floor plan where the main living area is located on the upper floor.
Ground Level: The ground level features covered parking, an enclosed hot/cold outside shower, elevator to all levels and an interior stairway to main level.
Lower Level: Located on this level is an extra living area, the master bedroom and two additional bedrooms and a laundry room.
Upper/Main Level: The main living area is located on the upper floor and includes the kitchen, dining area, living room and master bedroom.

My family has stayed in this cottage the same week each summer for the past 6 years. We love the location, toward the end of Oak Island. The cottage has a wonderful floor plan; with large open living areas and kitchen. The furniture and accessories are well maintained, and the kitchen is adequately stocked. If it had one more bedroom, it would be ideal. We love the outdoor shower, and the multiple covered porches (off of both levels, front and back). The original reason we chose this property was the elevator...a must for my elderly parents.

Accomodations were very nice. Had a great stay. The only negative about absolutely Perfect was that the kitchen and living area are on the 3rd floor with a deck that did not have access to the beach. Needed to go down to 2nd floor to get to beach.
