Beach Aunt
We enjoyed our stay at adventures in Paradise II very much. It is a nice house but could use some updates. The kitchen was ill equiped for anyone who would want to cook a meal there. The supply of pots and pans, serving pieces and other kitchen accessories was very poor. The furniture in the first floor living area is very uncomfortable, the carpet was soiled badly. There are virtually no towel bars in the bathrooms. Several of the rockers on the porches were unusable because they were broken.
Happy at the beach
My brothers and sisters have been renting a house on Oak Island for 22 years. After our parents died, we started meeting at the beach each year. We initially rented with realtor that listed the house we liked/or available. However after several terrible experiences...Nasty houses, barely recognize house so unlike pictures, one even had a chunck of ceiling laying in floor from water leak. Now We only rent from Margaret Rudd---we have used this realtor for 6-8 times total over the years. For last 3-4 years only M.Rudd. Service is great, houses are clean and as advertised. God's will, we will see you next year if not sooner. Thanks Margaret Rudd for your service.
