This is a beautiful new second row home in a prime East Beach location just one block from the public park that offers tennis, playground and ball field. The main living area is located on the top floor and has an open floor plan and excellent ocean views from the screened in rocking chair porch. There is also an additional living area on the middle floor which provides a perfect place for the children to hang out in their own space. Everything about this home is new and fresh making it a great place for your next vacation. 
 
 
Ground Level: The ground level features covered parking and an enclosed hot/cold outside shower. 
 
 
Middle Level: The middle level of this home features one of two living areas with couches and flat-screen TV. There are three bedrooms and two full baths and a laundry closet with washer and dryer. There is a covered porch with furniture on both the front and rear of the home on this level. 
 
 
Upper/Main Level: The main living area is on the upper floor of the home and features a kitchen, dining area, sitting area, living room and powder room. The master bedroom and bathroom is also located on this level along with an upper level deck on the rear of the house and a screened in porch on the front of the home.

    Wonderful weekend in a family-friendly community

    It was a beautiful, relaxing weekend at a fabulous, comfortable beach home. Having two living areas gave our family plenty of space to spread out, the screened-in porch was almost in constant use, and the kitchen and eating areas were spacious and very accommodating. There were beach toys for our kids to use, easy beach access, as well as a public park and playground in walking distance -- a wonderful choice for a family with kids! Only down-side -- there's an elevator, but it is not really handicap accessible: there's a step up into the elevator on the ground floor and the bathrooms are standard (no senior-friendly add-ons), which made the weekend a little tricky for my disabled mother, but we were able to make due.

    Not much to say. It's a nice house with a good location. Nothing wrong with the house at all. Good view. Comfortable...

    There were six of us at the beach celebrating a birthday. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably. The decks were roomy and a great view of the beach and beach access just yards away. The kitchen provided everything you need for cooking and storing and room enough to move around with all of us doing different chores. Plenty of room to lounge around during the day or night. If you needed time to yourself there are living spaces upstairs and downstairs to either watch TV, read or play games. I highly recommend using the elevaror to get up and down with your luggage because there are a lot of stairs!! We had 5 cars and there was plenty of room to park as well. I highly recommend this place to any family and we've already said we will be back! Very clean too.
