The service of Margaret Rudd and associates was great as always.I have been bringing my family to stay with you guys on Oak Island since I think 2003.Because Of You was a little run down and older than we are use to but it was ok.The location was pretty good.What I liked the most was the long deck like all the houses used to have.I can not believe how high rental rates have gone.Hope to be back next year!
