My family and I were looking for a more secluded and relaxing vacation spot after visiting the ever-more-crowded northern Outer Banks for many years. Oak Island and the Beehive delivered that and much more! The direct ocean access and views were outstanding and the house itself was comfortable and a perfect home away from home! The staff of Margaret Rudd & Associates was very accommodating and we hope to be able to return in future years!

I hadn't been to the beach in about 20+ years so this was a real treat for me. The beach house was wonderful and I couldn't ask for a better location. I absolutely love this house and the realtors were great to work with. I will reserve this house every year-hopefully I can plan 2 trips a year.

The Beehive had everything we needed (well stocked kitchen, beach toys, grill). The house was very clean and the open floor plan suited our family perfectly. The view from the front porch was beautiful. Beach access was great ( 3 kids and lots of stuff). We will be returning!!

The Beehive is an excellent home to rent! It's second row right across from a beach access. The house has an open floor plan that we love for spending time together in the evenings. We arrived right after Hurricane Irene. Margaret Rudd let us in the house as soon as the ban was lifted. We had a couple of things that needed fixed and they came immediately. We loved working with them. We have stayed in the Beehive twice and would stay there again.
