“Belle Esprit” has over 3000 square feet of spacious living with spectacular views of both the ocean and the sound. It is located at the far west end of Oak Island near Blue Water Point Marina. The home has two dining areas and three sitting areas in addition to the living room, so finding a place to get comfortable and enjoy your vacation is very easy. You’ll spend hours relaxing on the hanging swing located on the oceanside covered porch and may just spot a porpoise or two.

Ground Level: The ground level of this home has been converted into an additional bedroom with king size bed and full-size bathroom and a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. Outside is an enclosed hot/cold outside shower.

Middle/Entry Level: On the middle level of the home is three master bedrooms each with a king size bed, full-size bathroom. The oceanside master also has a fireplace and a sitting area outside of the bedroom. A laundry closet with washer/dryer is also located on this level. The best feature on this level is the gorgeous covered porch, deck and walkway to the beach (with additional beach deck).

Upper/Main Level: This upper level of the home is the main living area and has a large, well-equipped kitchen, two dining areas, a sunroom with sound views, a sitting area, a living room and a half bath. There is a street side deck and a large, open oceanside balcony with loungers and rockers.
