The home has new flooring (hardwoods and carpet), bedding and paint throughout, but its most magnificent feature is the huge oceanside deck that is ready with rocking chairs. Located just a short walk to Ocean Crest Pier, this home is perfect for your family’s next beach vacation.
Ground Level: The ground level offers covered parking with stairwell access to the main level and an outside shower.
Lower/Main Level: The main level of the home has a very open and spacious floor plan that includes a large kitchen, dining room, living room and foyer. There is a full-size bathroom and two bedrooms each with two double beds.
Upper Level: The upper level has four bedrooms and two full-size bathrooms. The two oceanside bedrooms have king size beds and the two street side bedrooms have two double beds in each. A laundry closet is also located on this level with full size washer/dryer.

This was our second year at Big House and everyone enjoyed their stay. There were 12 of us and the house offered plenty of space for all.

This house is great if you have a big family and want to relax together. John and I acutally got married on the deck with our friends and family watching. The rooms were spacious and fit everyone just right. The deck was an awesome place to sit and hang out. I love this house and it will always be a great memory to all of us.

We had a great time and the weather was very good.The only problyms we had was with the upstairs airconditioner and the dryer does not get hot enough.We will probably be back again next year.
