The cottage is cute. The mold smell was awful we couldn't use downstairs. Our daughter had to sleep upstairs on couch. The stairs are to steep also.

We had a great time at "Breakers". The view from the upstairs bedroom has to be the best on Caswell Beach. We had a problem with the aC and it was taken care of as quickly as possible.

Was great beach cottage, especially listening to the ocean from bedroom upstairs. Well equipped beach home. Had a terrific stay.
