“Brigadoon” is a lovely beach home with beautiful hardwood floors and bright, cheery colors located just a short walk to the beach. It was updated with new furnishings, bedding and paint in 2007. The front porch of the home has adirondack style furniture with views of the ocean in the distance. There is easy beach access located at the end of the street.
Ground Level: The ground level features include covered parking with exterior stairwell access to the main level and an enclosed hot/cold outside shower.
Main Level: All rooms are located on this level of the home and include the kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry room, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is also two covered porches (front and rear).

Not large, but a very nice house. Surprisingly good view for a third row home. Really enjoyed the porch. Basketball hoop was a nice amenity. This is a great value for a single family.

My husband and I stayed in this home with our 2 children for a summer vacation. The best thing(s) we liked about this house was the short distance to the beach, closeness to park and grocery, we slept well on the mattresses each night, and it was a quiet place to relax. The worst thing(s) we had issues with was the cleanliness of the home. Two mattress pads had stains on them that looked like urine or a yellow drink stain. We could not tell for sure but when washed the stains came out. I have stayed in worse beach houses as far as cleanliness and wish these places would clean and inspect these homes after each family leaves. Despite this, this home was nice for a family to enjoy the beach for a week.
