Ground Level: The ground level features covered parking, a hot/cold outside shower and a laundry closet.
Main Level: The main living area is located on this level and includes the kitchen, dining area, breakfast area, living room, two bedrooms and one full bathroom.
Upper Level: The upper level houses two bedrooms, one full bathroom and a loft with sitting area.

Margaret Rudd & Associates are the best. I have visited Oak Island for 30 plus years and they are the only agency I will use. C Kissed has plenty of room and gorgeous views with a short stroll to the water. A well equipped kitchen is available, for those who wish to cook. The location is quiet and peaceful. The owners do a swell job of keeping the house updated. I hope they get to the carpet next. Love the hardwood floors. We look forward to our next visit 2012. The management and owners are wonderful to work with. Over our numerous stays a couple of times adjustments had to be made (deaths in the family), they could not have been more accommodating.

We have stayed in C Kissed for two years in a row and have found it to be so comfortable and relaxing. Kitchen is well-equipped which is an a+ for our family as we all love to cook! Early mornings in the rockers on the porch drinking coffee while our grandkids sorted their treasures from the beach are some of the most special moments we hold dear. Bedrooms are spacious and beds easy to sink into after a day on the beach. We were lucky enough to meet the owner this summer, and she was so very interested in making sure our stay in her home was like a stay in our own. Thanks, Margaret Rudd, we'll see you next year!
