“Captain’s Watch” is a charming vacation home located a few blocks from the beach with good ocean views from both the front porch/deck and the crow’s nest. It is located on a corner lot in the East Beach area of Oak Island and has very easy beach access at the end of the street. It was built in 2001 and features an open floor plan in the main living area.
Ground Level: The ground level includes covered parking with exterior stair well access to the main level and an enclosed hot/cold outside shower.
Main Level: All rooms are located on this level and include the kitchen, dining area, wet bar, living room, laundry closet, four bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
