Positives The unit Court adjourned was as advertized. It was clean inside and out, and the wireless, TV, couches and beds were very good. The house is a in a great location. The check in and out process was fast/efficient. Negatives: the wireless password was not in the unit, causing the rental company to have to field an extra call (which was handled well). Also a few window blinds were in disrepair, which can be problematic with so much sun! Other areas of disrepair/wear and tear --kitchen cabinetry (broken hinges),dinning table on edge of un-usable (legs glued together, but nearing disaster), outside rocking chairs-- we love them and want them to continue to be there... but they we're broken.
Thanks for the feedback. The owners of the property have done lots of upgrades and hope to see you return again.

The furnishings were fine, but I will not rent a house that does not include cleaning in the price again, as some things were not as clean as they should be. There was a dirty plate with a blob of ketchup left in the dishwasher; the kitchen floor was filthy; some kitchen cupboards were broken. I am glad you are adding this review service though, as I always wonder why no one asks how our stay was.

As noted in an email sent last year, the house is in a great location. It is not in very good condition. There were only 3 rocking chairs on the porch and 2 were broken. The dining area is very tight and the table had one leg being held on by a mass of glue. It was wobbly. The furniture is ok, but getting worn.
Courts Adjourned is now under new ownership and the new owners have done lots of updates. They have replaced flooring throughout the home, the have painted the interior, and replaced the dining table. They have also added new deck furniture.

We have stayed at the "Court adjourned" house for years and have enjoyed it but this summer the aC in the down stairs did not work some of the time-someone came two or three times and never got it working.The down stairs bedrooms never cool properly. That house also needs a railing on the stairs going out the door on the right side - tricky situation getting out that door. Sure would be nice to have a covered porch too!! Otherwise a good vacation.
