The home was totally renovated in 2010 to include new windows, blinds, new furniture throughout, interior paint and new living room carpet. It offers plenty of amenities and wonderful views of the beautiful Atlantic.
Ground Level: Ground level features include covered parking and covered exterior steps to main level.
Main Level: The main living area is located on this level and includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, one of two Master bedrooms with full bathroom, and a half bathroom off the dining room.
Upper Level: The upper level features an additional Master bedroom with full bathroom, two other bedrooms and a full bathroom and a sitting area at top of stairs with a TV and PlayStation.

This is the third or fourth time we have been to Oak Island and this unit was a little disappointing - I cannot pinpoint exactly what it was but there felt like something was missing. For example, the yard was messy and the outdoor furniture was inadequate. Also, the walk up to the front door was treacherous at night - kinda dark.
