M.R. always courteous and helpful. The home was gorgeous, well organized, neat and clean. Location was short walk to beach access and house had everything needed, all in working order. Can't say anything bad about it.

Great rental property with every convenience provided from the fully stocked kitchen, great room, large bedrooms, whirlpool tub, enclosed outdoor shower, and screened in porch to name a few. Plenty of room for the family to relax and unwind in this spacious retreat. The location is excellent being nestled in the oaks with a short walk to the beach and quick drive to shops/dining.

Enough room for 3 families. Service was great. The walk to the beach was a little much for small kids, but the house itself made up for it. Will stay there again.

Extremely roomy ND more than we expected. Great porch to relax on. A hop skip and jump from the beach and shopping. The best of both worlds. Stay was rated excellent despite complications with Internet and local cable access which was not the rentals fault. Would Reccomend this rental anytime.

This is the second time we have rented Island Retreat and will return year after year. The house is so comfortable, clean and modern. The house is 3 blocks to the beach and on a quiet street. The livingroom/dining/kitchen is open concept and perfect for a beach home. The master bedroom (king) is lovely with the master bath and laundry. The other three king bedrooms and two baths upstairs is perfect for the family. Thank you to the owners and Margaret Rudd for making our vacations so pleasant!
