“Jolly Six Pence” is located on the far west end of Oak Island, just a short walk from the gorgeous “point”. It is a traditional style one-story beach cottage that is beautifully decorated and updated. Visitors will enjoy the solitude and beauty of the West Beach oceanfront from the home’s covered rocking porch or dune-level sun deck.
Ground Level: The ground level highlights include covered parking area with stairwell access to the main level and a hot/cold outside shower. The walkway to the beach has an additional sun deck with seating at dune level.
Main Level: All rooms are located on this level and the main living area is open and includes a kitchen, dining area and living room. The two oceanside bedrooms each have a king size bed and the two street side bedrooms each have a double bed and a twin bed. There are also two full bathrooms on this level.
