“Lindleys” is a great four-bedroom beach cottage located in the East Beach area of Oak Island. The oceanfront screened rocking chair porch is an absolute perfect place for watching the waves roll in. The home has an open floor plan in the main living area with two oceanside bedrooms that open to the porch. It was renovated in 2007 to include new sliding glass doors, windows, kitchen cabinets and countertops, paint and floor coverings.
Ground Level: The ground level features covered parking and exterior stairwell access to the main level.
Main Level: All rooms are located on this level and include the kitchen, dining area, living room, four bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

This is a beautiful home in a great location. Very well appointed and cared for. Absolutely the best equipped kitchen we have ever experienced in a beach rental. We spent hours in the rockers on the oceanfront porch enjoying the view and just talking. Wonderful house! We will be back.

We love the Lindleys because it is so clean and bright. It is in a good part of the beach. The only thing that would improve on it is to have an outside shower down beside the laundry room. We have been coming to Oak Island for 40 years and this is the best house that we have ever stayed in. We hope to keep coming.

Nice house. Met the owners back in February after we had looked at several others and this is the best maintained and cleanest on our list. We reserved it for next year.
