Main Level: All rooms are located on this level and include the kitchen, dining area, living room, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

We have rented the Little Big House 5 years in a row. It is girls week, no stress, no dress. We like the easy access to the beach, we can cook or not, outside shower is great, no tracking sand in. The bedrooms are big enough, the bathrooms fine.(could use a little hotter water sometimes). It would be nice to have directions on how to use the DVD player. It rained at night so we rented a movie but couldnt figure out the DVD player. Maybe some simple printed directions in a notebook by the TV would help. A new tablecloth in the kitchen would be nice to. We always bring our own and take it home with us. The beds could use new mattresses but I understand the use they get. It is a nice location, clean, safe and quiet. We were there last year for Irene and didnt feel scared at all. It is perfect for low maintenence vacation. We dont need internet, that only ups the rental price. Keep it as is, and we will continue to rent it. The reason I didnt recommend it for older travelers is the many steps up to the door, but if they are active older then go for it. I am 62 and I climb the stairs...carefully...but I climb them. I aint missing girls week at the Little Big House !!!
