It has hardwood floors throughout, large porches on the front and the rear of the home and two bedrooms with ocean views. The covered porch is a perfect place for watching the sun set and you may even spot a dolphin or two!
Ground Level: The ground level has covered parking under the house with exterior stairwell access to the main level and an enclosed hot/cold outside shower.
Main Level: All rooms are located on this level and include the kitchen, dining area, living room, four bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Margaret Rudd associates were great, very friendly. small built in dressers in bedrooms, very little dressing areas. deckside shower/hose did not work. need more areas to hang bath towels in bathroom. location and amenities were good.

We celebrated our 41st anniversary at the beach this year. The house was very comfortable, well equiped and very close to the beautiful beach! Appreciate that it was pet friendly and our 6 mo old bichons loved the beach!
