Doing business with Margaret Rudd is smooth and easy. The home is well-managed and beautiful. Three of the four views from the house is of nature. It makes you feel you are isolated yet you are only a few short blocks away from the beach, and you are only 5 mins away from the supermarket. I love the combination of trees and beach, and the water temperature is perfect.

This house is one of the best (if not the best) among the houses we rented on Oak island. The location is very private and close to the beach. Two bedrooms are bright, freshly painted and the whole house is recently remodeled.
