Ground Level: The ground level features covered parking with interior and exterior stairwell access and elevator access and an enclosed outside shower. The utility/laundry room is also located on this level.
Main Level: The main level includes kitchen, dining area, living room, sitting room, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms (includes master suite).

Mom's Legacy is perfect for families who don't require fancy accommodations (like flat screen tv's, high end furnishings, etc.)and want a good value for the money. Beach was 1/2 block away and the ocean view from the deck was awesome. One member of our party is in a wheelchair and the elevator was great; however there are 2 steps into the house and the layout is tight. House was pet friendly -- fenced back yard and treats provided! Kitchen had everything you need. Wireless internet was easy to access and good signal. Check-in and express checkout were very convenient. We had a great time and hope to return next year!
