Carol
We've stayed at Nautilus during most of the past 25 summers and love the location on W. Beach Drive and the room layout. The kitchen and dining areas are especially workable for large family groups. We appreciated the upgrades in furniture and new carpeting this year. Special amenities include full garage with pool table and second refrigerator, two decks, large TV, DVD player, and free WiFi. Most years there are small repairs needed (broken light fixtures, toilets, etc.) but this year Margaret Rudd sent us a very competent handyman.
CN
Have stayed at this beach house for the past 5 years. Love the layout of the house and the location. This year we noticed a lot of little things that need attention and are probably related to wear and tear over time. Some electrical outlets not working in the lower level, minor plumbing repairs for the toilets needed, the ceiling fanlight in the family room worked intermittently, etc. We called the first day to report the electrical issues, but no one ever came. This was unusual...in the past, issues were handled right away. Will probably still rent this house next year as well, but feel like someone needs to do an overall inspection of the little things between now and next summer.
Retired Couple and Family Vacations
We enjoyed the location and the size of the vacation home. We had our family which included our adult children. It was nice to be able to have everyone together for a relaxing vacation at the beach.
