There are convenient walkways down to the beach next to each ocean front building, and the pool is centrally located at the 600 building. Ample parking is provided with a pass, and the Villas are within easy walking distance of pier fishing, golf, and the Oak Island lighthouse.

We have vacationed in Oak Island for the last 6 years and originally utilized another rental agency but was left unsatisfied with the service and selection of its rentals. Marqaret Rudd has been a freshing change over the last three years with quality friendly service and solid rentals. For all 6 years we have stayed in an Oak Island Beach Villa including 3 stays at Unit 0208. We truly love Unit 0208. The unit is very clean and family friendly. We enjoy the view each morning from its outside porch.
11/16/2011September to Remember.
Overall the Unit was OK. We have stayed in others and found this one not to be as good as the others. But..with that said ...some of that falls on us. We wanted a King bed...which this was the oly unit avai;lable with one. Also we did not need a three bedroom for just the two of us. the 3 bedroom made the master bath shower almost unuseable...so as I said...loved the view...but would opt for a two bedroom next time.
