This is an amazing second-level, oceanfront unit that is beautifully decorated. It has a furnished double balcony that overlooks the pool and has gorgeous ocean views. This is a great place to stay for your next family vacation!
Located a short distance from pier fishing, golf, restaurants and shopping; the Oak Island Beach Villas offer two and three bedroom, ocean front or ocean view units. These units are individually decorated and well equipped to make your vacation a comfortable one. Each oceanfront building has a walkway down to the beach, and there is a centrally located community pool at the 600 building. The Oak Island Beach Villas also offer other amenities such as a basketball court, a playground, outside showers and designated grilling areas; as well as ample parking with a pass.

Everything was great! We are from Ohio, so a vacation here is a paradise. My family has stayed in Oak Island Villa 3 years in a row. My sister and her family came the last 2 years with us, staying in # 602. My family loves the end villa because it's close to the pool entrance, our balcony is private, and it suits us just fine. One thing I might have to say that could have been better is the living room furniture. The couch and love seat were in shabby condition. I noticed it the year before, but we were not that concerned. We were hoping it would be replaced, and I see where there is 2 "new" pieces in the picture above. The little yellow chair was my daughter's favorite place to sit and watch t.v. The new couches from the picture look good. My family is hoping to come again this year, but we have ailing parents and are not sure what's to come. Of course, the pool is super, having kids that get tired of the sand. I love the entire place. We stayed 2 weeks last summer, I just pretended I lived there all year around. Thank-You for having us!! I absolutely love vacationing here every year. Our family rents this unit almost every year simply b/c everything we need is available there, easy access to shops and stores we need while we're there, and the view is amazing! We watch the dolphins every morning on the balcony while drinking our coffee and the kids always look to see when the pool is going to open. Since this unit is oceanfront and poolside it makes for quick access to the room for anything we may need for us or the kids. There's plenty of room and everything you may need while you're staying there. Just pack your bags and come on down!! I'm sure we will be there again next summer. I would recommend this villa for any family to have a peaceful, fun, and safe stay! Sincerely, The Gibsons
