Located on Caswell Beach, the Oak Island Beach Villas offer individually decorated ocean front and ocean view two or three bedroom condominiums. Amenities of the complex include a community swimming pool, playground, basketball court, outside showers and designated grilling areas. There are convenient walkways down to the beach next to each ocean front building, and the pool is centrally located at the 600 building. Ample parking is provided with a pass, and the Villas are within easy walking distance of pier fishing, golf, and the Oak Island lighthouse.

The location of the rental was great, but it truly needs upgraded. Very outdated and worn. Also, I found it surprising that internet was not available.
