This beautiful first-level condo is just steps away from the pool and the beach walkway. There are ocean views from both the double balcony off the living room and from the master bedroom. The unit was refurbished in 2005 and has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

 

Located on Caswell Beach, the Oak Island Beach Villas offer individually decorated ocean front and ocean view two or three bedroom condominiums.  Amenities of the complex include a community swimming pool, playground, basketball court, outside showers and designated grilling areas.  There are convenient walkways down to the beach next to each ocean front building, and the pool is centrally located at the 600 building.  Ample parking is provided with a pass, and the Villas are within easy walking distance of pier fishing, golf, and the Oak Island lighthouse.

    Southport King Mackeral Tournament

    This rental met all my expectations. We fished the King Mackeral Tournament in Southport and it was very close to the marina where we docked the boat. The house was very clean and we had all the cooking utensils we needed to prepare our meals to save us some money over eating out.

    I've been renting from Margret Rudd for over 5 years now. I am very impressed by their service and rentals. They are always very clean and give you the feeling as if your at home. Very good service and friendly people. Other renters have always been very nice and friendly as well. Very quiet and clean beach and place to stay.

    Excellent unit, comfortably furnished, great ocean view. Kitchen a bit sparse of cookware - we enjoy the local seafood and had to get a bit creative.
