This is a lovely three-bedroom ocean view condominium located on the first level of the building. In the past four years, the unit has had several upgrades including new windows, patio doors, carpet, dishwasher and refrigerator.
Located on Caswell Beach, the Oak Island Beach Villas offer individually decorated ocean front and ocean view two or three bedroom condominiums. Amenities of the complex include a community swimming pool, playground, basketball court, outside showers and designated grilling areas. There are convenient walkways down to the beach next to each ocean front building, and the pool is centrally located at the 600 building. Ample parking is provided with a pass, and the Villas are within easy walking distance of pier fishing, golf, and the Oak Island lighthouse.
