Great condo. We have been coming to Oak Island since 1985. We love it love it. Had a flea problem from a prior tenant however, Rudd sent someone out on Tuesday. We had to be out of the condo for 5 hours but that wasn't so bad. Did find it odd that no one ever called after the treatment to make sure things were OK, apologize for the inconvenience anything.

This condo was excellent. It was very homey and nicely appointed. Just loved it!!! The 'double' ocean front porch/deck was great with two tables and chairs and a porch swing. The swing was 'broken' when we arrived, but when I spoke with "Margaret Rudd', the nicest gentleman arrived promptly to make the repair. The swing was one of the attractions to this condo for me!!! It was a wonderful week, with wonderful fiends, in a wonderful atmosphere!!! I hope to rent this condo again, tho I did notice it is not available during autumn and Spring, my favorite times to visit OKI!!! Thanks for you great service, and I will continue to rent from Margaret Rudd. :)
