The Oak Island Beach Villas is an oceanfront condominium complex located on historic Caswell Beach, offering eleven oceanfront buildings and five buildings with an ocean view. Two and three bedroom, individually decorated units are available to accommodate the size of your family. The community offers many amenities such as a centrally located pool right in front of the 600 building, walkways down to the beach, outside showers at each building, ample parking, basketball court, playground and designated grilling areas. For the golf lover, Oak Island Beach Villas are located just across the road from the Oak Island Golf Course and Country Club.

The plus for the unit was the location as to where the event that we attended down there. Another was the view and the sound of the ocean filling the unit. And of course the cost and ablity to share with friends. The minuses, well this would totally make me not stay in this unit again!!! The plumbing not done properly, hot water was a joke and lasted only a few minutes. The outlets are not secure and not safe especially if a family with small kids were there. The beds were rock hard and made for terrible nights sleep.. The outside light not on and very hard to figure out which was the unit. One of the keys very hard to work!!! Place needs updating... I would have been embrassed if it were my rental unit... I would recommend friends to the villas but not 1003!!!
