Let this be your next vacation rental. This charming three-bedroom condominium was recently renovated in 2010 to include new flooring, updated bathrooms, fresh paint and a full-size washer and dryer. The oceanfront balcony has deck and beach furniture and beautiful ocean views.
Located a short distance from pier fishing, golf, restaurants and shopping; the Oak Island Beach Villas offer two and three bedroom, ocean front or ocean view units. These units are individually decorated and well equipped to make your vacation a comfortable one. Each oceanfront building has a walkway down to the beach, and there is a centrally located community pool at the 600 building. The Oak Island Beach Villas also offer other amenities such as a basketball court, a playground, outside showers and designated grilling areas; as well as ample parking with a pass.

Villa 1010 was not our first choice. We selected a different, more modern villa but a burst water hose to the ice box in the refrigerator caused us to have to select another unit. This unit was very clean but a little run-down and is in need of an upgrade. The stove eyes did not work well and wobbled very badly when trying to cook. The telescope was broken and was not usable which was a dissapointment to my son. Some of the patio furniture, about half was plastic, were broken and not usable. The community playground is in need of repair. The posts needed stabilzed for the swings because they swayed back and forth as our children swung on them but a new Oak Island Community Playground was only a very short drive away. The community villa swimming pool was fantastic. However, it was not suited for small children as the depth started at 3 feet at the shallow end and had no baby pool. There was a bit of a mold problem in one of the bathrooms but once mgmt was informed, the issue was very quickly rectified. All of the realty staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking areas and exterior of the villas were well maintained and very clean. Overall, my family had a quiet, enjoyable stay and I plan on returning again. I do recommend Oak Island Beach Villas. However, I will choose a different unit next time.
