This third-level oceanfront unit was recently renovated in 2010 with fresh paint and a new couch. The two-bedroom condo offers many amenities including beach chairs, ground level storage for bikes, golf clubs and beach toys and an oceanfront balcony with dining furniture and high director chairs for magnificent views of the beach and pier.
Located a short distance from pier fishing, golf, restaurants and shopping; the Oak Island Beach Villas offer two and three bedroom, ocean front or ocean view units. These units are individually decorated and well equipped to make your vacation a comfortable one. Each oceanfront building has a walkway down to the beach, and there is a centrally located community pool at the 600 building. The Oak Island Beach Villas also offer other amenities such as a basketball court, a playground, outside showers and designated grilling areas; as well as ample parking with a pass.

The view and location was exactly what we wanted. Comforters need replacing as they are stained. Carpet needs cleaning. This unit could use a little TLC. For the money, not too bad. I do suggest some updating however.
