Located a short distance from pier fishing, golf, restaurants and shopping; the Oak Island Beach Villas offer two and three bedroom, ocean front or ocean view units. These units are individually decorated and well equipped to make your vacation a comfortable one. Each oceanfront building has a walkway down to the beach, and there is a centrally located community pool at the 600 building. The Oak Island Beach Villas also offer other amenities such as a basketball court, a playground, outside showers and designated grilling areas; as well as ample parking with a pass.

Oiv is a wonderful place for a family vacation. We came down from NY to visit with old friends from North Carolina. The Condo was well furnished. There was plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 children. We have always chosen the Ocean View. There is a good view of the ocen from this room. The one draw back that we had was when we arrived. We stopped at teh food Lion to get supplies and our credit card was declined 4 times. It seems that there is a lot of credit card fraud in this area. make sure you call your bank prior to going to this area. There are a lot of things to do in the area. What we love about OIV is that it is quiet and peaceful. Watch the rates. People from the north may be able to go a little later and save 200-300 dollars

The condo was very comfortable and found it very restful. My only complaint would be one of the other owner/tenant not sure which, above us made us feel like being afraid to move. As she said that she could feel her condo shake when kids would run. She then told us that she hadn't felt anything this time, she just wanted to tell us not to let our 6 yr old run inside. The rest of the "neighbors" were very friendly.
