I have used your services in the past and always had a good time with a nice condo. This time we still had a good time but the condo was not as nice as before. Tv didn't work, the sliding glass door in the master bedroom would not open and the phone in the kitchen was broke. They fixed the tv. We still had a good time. I talked to one of the maintenance people and he gave me a heads up on which condos where kept up.

We had scheduled to stay in OIV 1310 and were greatly disappointed when we arrived at the unit, which was in poor repair and was dirty. We called the office with our concerns and the staff took us seriously and treated us with respect. They immediately found us another available unit and offered it to us at the same rate. We were completely satisfied with the new unit (1402) and very pleased with the service. Thank you!
