The unit was totally remodeled in 2010 to include new furnishings, new kitchen cabinets and countertops, new hardwood floors and new bathroom fixtures. Additionally, there is an oceanfront covered balcony with furniture that opens from both the living room and the master bedroom.
Located a short distance from pier fishing, golf, restaurants and shopping; the Oak Island Beach Villas offer two and three bedroom, ocean front or ocean view units. These units are individually decorated and well equipped to make your vacation a comfortable one. Each oceanfront building has a walkway down to the beach, and there is a centrally located community pool at the 600 building. This unit was very comfortable. The view from the deck was fantastic. The unit setup was very good. From check in to check out we only spent about 15 minutes total int h office. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the lack of Internet service. (not that that was a major issue). All ana all we had a great time just relaxing and reading on the beach.
