We have been going back to this unit for about 4 years. it has what we need. No smoking, no pets and it is well maintained. nice place to park our cars. Ps. Why do you have to keep my $400 deposit so long. We had to save up for this vacation and we need the deposit back.
We are glad to hear Oceanic works so well for you and your guests. In reference to the deposit, we have to make sure we have adequate time for inspections and processing. The rule is to return the deposit within 45 days of departure, we typically are able to return the deposit in about 2 weeks. I show we issued the check for your deposit return June 14th so you should see it soon.
