Ground Level: The ground level of this home offers covered parking, an enclosed hot/cold outside shower and a handicap ramp to the main level.
Main Level: The main living area is located on this level and is accessible by a handicap ramp from the ground level. There is a living room, spacious kitchen and dining area. There is also a laundry closet, full bathroom and a bedroom with a king size bed.
Upper Level: The upper level of the home has two oceanside bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with two double beds. Both bedrooms have door access to the upper level balcony and you won’t believe the view. There is a full bathroom on this level as well.

There was no door on first floor master bathroom. The house was a little rundown...dirty paint on walls and doors, rust, dirty carpet. Great location
