Ground Level: The ground level of this home is enclosed and features a recreation room with ping pong table and sitting area, large laundry room with washer, dryer and utility sink, full bathroom, two bedrooms and a garage.
Main Level: The main living area is located on this level and has a spacious open floor plan that includes the kitchen, dining area, breakfast room, living room and additional sitting area. There is a full bathroom and three bedrooms on this level, one of which is the master bedroom and bathroom.

Service was very good,no problems. We love the location(beach area). The house is nice, especially the large living area, and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The only improvement we would suggest is put a top over the deck, it becomes very hot during the day, and would be more useable if covered.

Our group wanted a house close to the Oak Island Lighthouse and we couldn't have been any closer. Gorgeous living space. Plenty of room for 8 of us. Loved the beach location - near the end of the island and great view of Bald Head.

Good house with wonderful views. The open floor plan upstairs was great for family time. The deck and gazebo has some loose boards with nails sticking up which some of the kids fell on and one senior member of our family cut their foot. The game area was perfect for our three teenage boys and other children. It was nice to be able to pull into the garage especially with our senior parents. Steps are a little steep inside for those that are older. Great location.
Thank you so much for your feedback. We are happy to report that the owners are having the walkway to the beach replaced this winter. 1-09-12: The walkway has been replaced and we hope to have pictures updated soon.
