The main kitchen is spacious and well-equipped and there are plenty of spaces for rest and relaxation in the living room and sitting areas. This home is perfect for large families or groups.

Ground Level: The ground level of this home offers a spacious 2-car garage, walk-in laundry/utility room, bedroom, full bathroom, sitting area and full kitchen with stove, sink, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. In addition, there is an outdoor covered area/patio with seating, enclosed hot/cold outside shower and access to the private beach walkway.

Main Level: The main living area is located on the lower level and includes a large kitchen with island, dining room, living room and separate sitting area/TV room. There is also a bedroom and full bathroom on this level.
