We loved this house because of the location, the view, the quick walk to the beach, and the fact that we could take our dogs with us. There is a nice little fence around the bottom that makes it easy to let the dogs out.

We have enjoyed the San Pedro the last 2 years. It is very spacious with no cramped areas. We do lots of fishing and it is right across from the OceanCrest Pier. When the others dont want to fish, the beach is where they hang. It is also pet friendly, with a small lot and that is very convenient. It feels like home when we are on Oak Island and certainly hate to leave!!

After a couple of initial isssues that were handled asap we had a great stay. The pier across the street. the fabulous view of the ocean, and a warm and inviting house made the get-a-way a welcomed retreat. The restaurant across the street will over charge you for a small, not-so tasty meal. We will choose San Pedro and Rudd Realty again for our next trip to Oak Island. Thanks!!

We love to stay at the SanPedro as pet friendly with dog pen under the cottage and watching the pier traffic. Easy access to beach and view is great from the covered porch.
