The Brady Bunch
We have stayed at the Sandcastle for a couple of years now and we have had a very pleasant vacation. There are a couple of things that we would like to mention that would probably make this the absolute perfect vacation rental. 1. Cleaning service - Could do a better job. We arrived this past summer and had to pick up half melted candy that was stuck to the carpet in several of the rooms. In addition, the bedrooms and bathrooms etc. were very dusty. 2. Wireless Internet - So many houses now offer wireless internet access. Our family, in particular, has several people that must access the internet to check work email etc. It would be a huge plus if this house offered wireless internet. 3. Pool furniture - Probably needs to be looked at peridically because some of the pieces are broken. Overall, we love staying at this home for our annual family vacations. The pool is such an added bonus.
Ford Family
Great location, beautiful views from the covered porches. Pool was a bonus, elevator was awesome for unpacking upon arrival and packing up at departure. The house is in need of some refresher paint inside. The beds were squeekey, but to my surprise they were comfortable. The kitchen was complete with everything you need, appliances were up to date and in good working order. Large, spacious dining, kitchen and open living room. There are puzzles and a few board games that our family took advange of - it made for great family time. The house is not elegantly decorated, however it is welcoming and invites you to relax and have fun. Sandcastle nicely accommodated our entire family, we had four generations spending the week together. Retirement age to our 2 year old grandson. We would consider booking Sandcastle again. Actually, I wish we were there now! :)
