Ground Level: The ground level features covered parking and an enclosed hot/cold outside shower with changing area.
Main Level: All rooms are located on this level and include the kitchen, small dining area, living room, three bedrooms and a full bathroom and powder room.

We love Sea a Plenty and feel right at home there. We have stayed there the past 4 times we have gone to Oak Island and it is wonderful. Close to beach and canal. Loved outdoor shower and covered porch with rocking chairs. Like linen service. Wish it included maid service. If I had to find something negative (and I am searching hard since I love it so much!)maybe we would like more comfortable seating in "den" area. The wicker chair is not comfy and with 4 in the family someone must sit there if we are all together. I still prefer the rockers anyway, but you asked what we liked least so I guess that is it.

We have stayed at Sea a Plenty for several years now. We find the place very comfortable and with easy access to the beach, which is a plus. There are many things we love about this place: the king size bed in the master, the porch with the rockers, the ocean view, and the outdoor shower! The kitchen gets a little crowded, but it is what it is, so we make it work. Overall, we love this place and my family doesn't want to go anywhere else. This has become our "Home away from Home".

The wonderful outdoor shower was superb, but the inside bathrooms were way too small. We had to replace several light bulbs in lamps and the porch while there. I felt that should have been done before we arrived.
