Ground Level: Ground level features include covered parking and interior stairwell access to the middle level.
Middle Level: All three bedrooms are located on the middle level each with their own full bathroom. The master suite includes a sitting area, full bathroom and access to the middle level deck. There is also a laundry/utility room on this level with washer and dryer.
Upper/Main Level: The main living area is located on the upper level and includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, sitting area/TV room and two full bathrooms.

We loved the location and views from this great rental. The house was wonderful for our large family, the washer worked very well, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Only complaint, the doors. Upstairs beachside, very difficult to open and lock. Downstairs beachside, inoperable, which led to everyone having to come upstairs to go in through the living area. We requested service to fix the problem, and while we were told someone would be by, no one ever came. So when we left, still not working. So, the house was great, but the rental company did not attend to the broken door at all.

The home was lovely. We enjoyed it immensely. Our only problem was a hoard ( at least 30) of third row vacationers who erected a structure in front of the house, took over the entire area, staying from morning until night drinking. They were noisy, disruptive and were continually walking into the ocean to urinate. These people entered the beach through the vacant lot next door and for this reason only we will not rent this particular house again. We had a 7 year old and he didn't get too much beach time due to these people. We will find out where the public accesses are located and only rent far away from them. Otherwise, we loved the house.
